About the Role
Join a thriving paediatric therapy service in Perth's north, supporting neurodivergent children (and occasional adults) through evidence-based assessment and intervention within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact while working alongside an experienced and values-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clear case formulations
* Deliver tailored individual therapy (CBT, ACT, SFT, and other EBIs)
* Track client progress and produce high-quality reports
* Liaise with families, schools, and other professionals to support holistic outcomes
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and continuous improvement projects
* Maintain clinical documentation in line with APS and AHPRA standards
About You
* Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (General or Clinical)
* Experience or strong interest in paediatric and developmental practice
* Excellent organisational and caseload management skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Current (or ability to obtain) Working With Children Check, Police Clearance, and WA driver's licence
* ASD assessment experience and trauma-informed practice desirable
