We are currently seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a growing and dynamic IT department based on the Sunshine Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established leader in the insurance repair industry, delivering innovative solutions within a collaborative team environment.
About the Role:
As a Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your expertise will play a key role in integrating low-code applications to meet complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop & Innovate: Build and maintain applications using Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), and other Power Platform tools.
2. Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
4. Leadership: Spearhead the development of scalable and robust applications, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Who We’re Looking For:
* Certified Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Developer.
* 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

* Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members.
