We're seeking a creative and detail oriented Electrical Drafter or Senior Electrical Design Drafter to join our rapidly growing team, with the flexibility of being based in our Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide office.
You will work on nation building projects in Renewable Energy, Power systems, Transmission, Resources, Transport, Water and Heavy Industry, and play a key role in bringing innovative infrastructure to life.

About the Role
* Produce detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts
* Collaborate with engineers to translate concepts into accurate CAD models
* Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory codes, and client requirements
* Perform revisions, markups, and quality checks on existing drawings
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems
About you
* Minimum 3+ years of electrical drafting experience in Secondary Systems, HV, LV, Control Systems, SCADA or Water projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microstation is a must
* Experience with design automation tools (e.g. Elecdes, Primise*e, AutoCAD Electrical etc) beneficial, or an interest in learning
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Track record of delivering accurate, on-time drawings under tight deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Must have full rights to work in Australia
