* Senior-level experience (10+ years) in enterprise telephony / unified communications
* Strong hands-on delivery experience with Webex Calling, including MS Teams integration
* Comfortable supporting design, build, testing, and cutover activities
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, contract environment
* A solid working knowledge of Cisco Firewalls, LAN, WAN, QoS, and Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking fundamentals
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with vendors and stakeholders
