Project Management Role
This role requires exceptional contract administration skills. As the site manager, you will oversee the management and delivery of projects within set targets including cost, time, quality, technical, commercial and WHSE.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project to achieve objectives of cost, time and quality
* Manage internal and external relationships and coordinate interfaces between project stakeholders
* Ensure construction complies with project approvals, permits and licenses
* Maintain Work Health Safety & Environment (WHSE) standards
* Hold regular project coordination meetings to discuss issues, priorities, costs and schedules
* Manage project relationships and issues with the development and operations teams
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
* Contract management, construction management or project management experience
* Solar industry, power industry or utility construction industry experience is essential
* Experience managing EPC contracts and related consultancy / service agreements
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, making decisions in a high-pressure environment
* Negotiation skills, problem-solving and ability to interact with diverse stakeholder groups
* Understanding of interrelated contracts, schedules, documentation management, financial administration and reporting
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
* Familiarity with Project Office systems
