Drive Sales Growth in Enterprise Software

This role is responsible for the management and execution of direct sales in assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have a track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise software over the past five years. They must have a solid background in data integration, data analytics, and data management spaces with proven experience engaging with potential customers, partners, and prospects in assigned regions.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced sales and marketing leadership and be supported by a strong technical team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company to develop professionally and gain opportunities to excel.

The key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and managing the implementation of strategic sales plans for assigned territories. This involves managing efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targets, meeting individual sales quotas based on corporate and regional revenue targets, achieving new customer acquisition targets, and implementing expansion strategies.

Additionally, the role requires working with partner channels sales teams to identify, source, onboard appropriate channel & alliances partners, and drive revenue through both direct and indirect channels. Setting and executing customer acquisition strategy across Direct inbound and through Partner ecosystems within assigned accounts and/or territories is also essential. Developing and actively maintaining sales forecasts across assigned accounts and territory is crucial. Lastly, measuring and reporting the results of sales and plan execution are critical tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of results-driven enterprise software sales experience, sales experience in the enterprise software market, dealing with middleware and data and application integration solutions around ETLs, Data Warehouses, Data Bases, MDM, ESBs, BPM tools, and/or SOA suites. Good understanding of enterprise IT architectures and corporate data strategies and solutions is necessary. Fluency with data types and formats, data access and delivery modes, data and metadata management, web and cloud-based integration technologies, big data solutions, IT infrastructure deployment models, and enterprise-class architectural topics like performance, scalability, security, and governance are desired skills.
