Your New Employer: Join a leading fashion brand recognised for its trend-focused collections and strong retail presence. Known for its commitment to style, service and consistency, the brand continues to grow while staying true to its identity. With a loyal and engaged customer base, they’re now seeking a driven State Manager to lead the NSW & ACT portfolio. Your New Role: As State Manager, you’ll oversee the brand’s store network across NSW and ACT - leading a strong retail team to deliver commercial outcomes, great customer experience and support employee career growth. This role is ideal for a strategic retail leader who enjoys building high performing teams, spending time visiting stores rather than sitting at a desk and is passionate building positive culture. Lead, support and develop store and area managers to deliver sales targets, team engagement and strong retail standards. Take ownership of performance across the region, including P&L accountability, operational execution and customer satisfaction. Recruit, onboard and coach talent, with a focus on succession planning and long term capability building. Conduct regular store visits to maintain brand standards and connect with teams on the ground. Review KPIs and commercial performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve outcomes. Partner with HR, finance and buying teams to align state activity with national business goals. Oversee compliance across WHS, stock management and loss prevention. Bring fresh thinking to a well-established brand, contributing to broader cultural and operational transformation. Your Experience: Prior success in a State Manager or Senior Regional Manager role within fashion, footwear, accessories or trend driven retail environments. Experience managing large teams and a wide store footprint across multiple regions. Confident managing full P&L ownership, driving financial outcomes and operational excellence. A natural leader who’s passionate about developing people and growing teams. Experienced in fast-paced, high-volume environments where standards and culture matter. A strong communicator who collaborates well with head office while driving regional success independently. Driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly within the state (travel allowance provided). What’s Next? If you're ready to take the lead in your next retail chapter, apply now!
