Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement contract management and communication processes
* Conduct industry and supplier research, market intelligence, and financial analysis to support procurement category functions
* Recommend process improvements to reduce costs or generate revenue
* Manage supplier performance and assess service delivery issues
* Resolve service delivery challenges to ensure optimal supplier relationships
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* Brisbane-based (required)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the mining industry
* Demonstrated experience in sourcing and category management strategy
* Some leadership or team management experience (preferred)
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant related skills
* Associate Degree/College Diploma in a relevant field of study
