Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Installation Technician based in Gold Coast, QLD, with opportunities to work from home on occasion. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of decorative and outdoor lighting systems. Your daily tasks will include cabling, ensuring proper setup and operation of lighting fixtures, and collaborating with customers to meet project specifications. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction are integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cabling and installation techniques for lighting systems
* Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
* Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through quality work and timely support
* Physical ability to perform installation tasks, including working at heights and lifting equipment
* Relevant certifications in electrical work or installation (preferred)
* Current valid driver's license
