Role Overview

* Key Responsibilities
* Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
* Evaluate comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicle repairs to meet quality standards.
* Promote exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through professional interactions.
* Ensure the site operates profitably by preparing and reviewing financial reports and job costings.
* Oversight of staffing levels and processes, as well as proactive building and maintaining positive work provider relationships.
* Maintain a safe work environment by following WHS policies and procedures.
