As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll deliver exceptional, person-centred care to clients with physical, intellectual and mental health challenges. Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting with daily living tasks like personal hygiene and grooming.
Providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings.
Supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals, promoting independence and inclusion.
Versatile Shifts with Different Clients: Work with a variety of clients in the area, with shifts available weekdays from 6am to 10pm.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience with challenging behaviours, including ADHD and Autism.
Background in intellectual disabilities and complex care.
Training in restrictive practices and top-notch communication skills.
A current driver’s licence, your own car, and a passion for empowering others.
WWCC, NDISWC and current police check are mandatory for this role.
Completed NDIS Code of Conduct
First Aid and CPR compliance
