Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Cert IV in Community Care or strong leadership experience
* Proven ability to lead remote teams with confidence
* Tech-savvy and great communication skills
* Organised, adaptable, and ready to take initiative
* Current driver's licence and police check
