Job Description This is a part-time coaching role aimed at supporting carers through conversations about change. The coaching sessions focus on key topics relevant to the challenges of caregiving, offering information, practical tips and resources. The successful candidate will facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions with carers to achieve the program's required KPIs.
