About the Role
Help shape the future of an iconic brand! We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to deliver integrated campaigns across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
You'll work closely with our marketing team and agencies to create customer-focused, evidence-based campaigns that strengthen the Michael Hill brand. What You'll Do
* Plan and implement campaigns to ensure brand relevance across markets
* Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies on strategies and execution
* Integrate campaigns across channels using insights and optimisation
* Maintain brand consistency and monitor competitor activity
* Prepare briefs, budgets, and timelines for agencies
* Share ideas, foster team culture, and provide insights to senior leaders
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a similar marketing role, preferably in retail
* Proven skills in campaign management and stakeholder coordination
* Good working knowledge of integrated and omnichannel marketing
* Passion for using data and customer insights to inform campaign development
* Ability to work with marketing agencies to support brand and campaigns across all markets
* Strong communication skills to inform and influence internal and external stakeholders
* Budget management skills
