We are now seeking a
Concierge Supervisor
to join our world-class team and lead with passion, grace, and professionalism.
Your Role - Inspire Incredible
Reporting to an experienced and high-profile Chief Concierge as
Concierge Supervisor
, you will oversee the daily operations of the Concierge desk, ensuring that every guest receives unmatched service from arrival to departure.
You will support and guide the Concierge and Bell team, facilitate VIP arrangements, and act as a key point of contact for guest requests, ensuring each experience is tailored, seamless, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the Concierge & Bell team to deliver outstanding guest service at all times
Coordinate personalized services including restaurant reservations, transportation, sightseeing tours, and special guest requests
Ensure all VIPs and repeat guests receive bespoke service in line with brand standards
Maintain robust local knowledge and partnerships to provide the best recommendations to guests
Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and urgency
Train and mentor new concierge and bell team members
Maintain the smooth flow of communication between Front Office, Guest Relations, Food and Beverage and other departments
Uphold the hotel's standards of service, appearance, and etiquette at all times
About You
Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel concierge or guest services role; prior supervisory experience is an asset
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable
Exceptional knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced luxury environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Immaculate personal presentation and the highest level of personal grooming
Full NSW Drivers License
Must have full Australian working rights.
We are not accepting Working Holiday Visa or Student Visa for this role as we require fulltime hours with opportunity for longer term development
