We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Townsville. As the first point of contact for the branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as managing sales processes from beginning to end.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in the customer service industry;
* Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge (advantageous);
* Good customer service skills through proven work history;
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Computer literacy at an intermediate level;
* The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload;
