Liquidity Platform Analyst | Group Treasury
We are seeking a talented Liquidity Platform Analyst to join our Group Treasury Risk, Digital, Data and Reporting Liquidity Platform team. This team is responsible for delivering high-quality liquidity information to meet regulatory and internal reporting requirements within a robust risk management framework.
What You'll Do
As a Liquidity Platform Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate production of daily and monthly batch jobs. Your responsibilities will include managing ongoing change release cycles to implement platform fixes and enhancements, as well as producing analysis for internal stakeholders, including senior management on liquidity returns.
You will also be responsible for hands-on design, development, and testing using SQL Server Queries, Presto Queries, and Python to improve automation and analytics within the liquidity space. Additionally, you will drive process improvement and innovation over time.
Your Background
* You have 1-2+ years of experience working with capital, liquidity or financial reporting data as a business analyst, data or reporting specialist, working with both business and data teams.
* You have intermediate proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, QRM, Axiom or Alteryx is highly desirable.
* You have experience leading a team and a desire to further develop your people leadership and management skills.
* You have experience gathering and documenting requirements, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
* You have experience working on production issues, including system feed issues, and deliver data enhancements and system fixes as part of change release cycle.
* You have knowledge of Treasury and financial concepts, products pricing and cashflow generation, behavioural modelling, assumptions for runoffs and new business inflows.
* You have knowledge and prior exposure to Dataiku, familiarity with Axiom, big data tools and technologies such as Spark, Presto and Airflow will be advantageous.
