A well-established property investment and lending business based in Cronulla is looking for a reliable, confident Client Services & Administration Coordinator to join their small, professional team.
This is a long-term, stable role supporting both our buyers agency and lending businesses. The role is focused on post-sale and post-approval client service, follow-ups and administration. Ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, client-focused and seeing things through properly.

Salary: Competitive package $85k - $120k, depending on experience.
You'll be the central point of contact for existing clients, ensuring a smooth and well-managed experience after property purchase or lending approval.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality customer service to property and lending clients
* Managing client touchpoints, check-ins and follow-ups
* Email management and client correspondence
* Coordinating meetings with property and lending consultants
* Ensuring follow-ups are completed and clients feel informed and supported
* CRM management, data entry, scheduling and general office administration
* Supporting lending clients post-approval and post-settlement
* Keeping clients informed of next steps, timelines and documentation
* Booking buyer appointments and property inspections
* Assisting with post-sales administration, including rental reviews and rental increase processes
About You
You're organised, proactive and comfortable dealing with clients. You enjoy follow-through and work well in a small-business environment.
You'll ideally have:
* Experience in real estate, lending, finance or administration support
* Strong customer service instincts and excellent follow-up habits
* Confidence managing client communication and expectations
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently without micromanagement
* Thick skin, no ego and a practical, team-first attitude
* Local to Cronulla or surrounding areas
