Housekeeping Supervisor Position
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning activities, supervising staff, and ensuring that high standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the village.
* Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure schedules and quality standards are met.
* Manage cleaning rosters, timesheets, and staff rotations to optimize efficiency.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and service levels.
* Assist with budget management and stock level reviews.
* Coordinate ongoing maintenance programs for periodical cleaning.
Requirements
* Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations is essential.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer service focus.
* Knowledge of floor maintenance and high-level cleaning practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Willingness to obtain or hold relevant certifications.
