Responsibilities
Provide clients with legal advice and representation in obtaining compensation for workers' compensation, public liability, and road injury accidents.
Handle a variety of client matters requiring high sensitivity.
Offer legal advice tailored to each client's level of understanding.
Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with clients through effective and regular communication, managing client expectations.
Draft legal documentation with a high degree of attention to detail.
Manage and run a caseload with a robust commercial and fiscal awareness.
Actively mentor junior team members.
Education and Experience
Proven experience as a solicitor, specifically in personal injury claims.
Current practicing certificate or eligibility to apply for one.
Strong understanding of and ability to interpret relevant legislation and legal documentation.
Capability to work on legally challenging and factually complex matters.
Maturity and confidence to deal with clients experiencing trauma.
Desire to be part of a cohesive team that achieves excellent results.
Innate ability to question, challenge the status quo, and stay ahead.
