Main Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and effective activation and assurance of telecommunications and technology products and services.
* Technical Skills: Utilize test equipment and tools effectively to commission ICT equipment such as routers, switches, wireless tech, video conferencing, mobile devices (Android and Apple).
* Process Efficiency: Perform recalls and ensure processes maximize revenue.
* Equipment Management: Connect or replace customer equipment and return faulty items promptly.
* Documentation: Accurately record timesheets, job transactions, and site surveys, using correct booking codes.
Requirements
* Licenses and Qualifications: Relevant licenses/qualifications as mandated by authorities, plus a valid driver's license.
* Experience and Competency: Proven experience and competency in listed skills.
* Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with test equipment and analyzing voice, data, and network tech results.
