Description We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our growing team, based in Peth, working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. The role Working collaboratively with our Legal PAs and Facilities teams, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Perth office (in person) and Hong Kong office (virtually), while also offering ad-hoc administrative support across the wider APAC region. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior administrative professional or customer service super start who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality service, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a Team Administrator, your day-to-day may include: Administrative Tasks Taking full responsibility for document handling, including preparation of large files and bundles (hard copy and electronic), with accurate pagination and indexing Assisting with document production tasks, including document comparison Preparing and submitting expense claims Maintaining records management systems, including electronic and hardcopy filing, archiving and file retrieval Supporting diary and meeting management, including scheduling, room bookings, catering and technical requirements Assisting with matter management tasks such as time entry, disbursements and billing Supporting Legal PAs/Secretaries across the region, including overflow work, data checks and leave coverage Client Services & Facilities Tasks Supporting the Front of House and Facilities teams, including reception coverage Assisting with office and client events, which may require working outside standard business hours About You At Pinsent Masons, we do things a little differently.
