A bit about the role?
We're an efficient, client-focused company and play an essential part in protecting Australia's workforce and help hundreds of thousands of people gain employment in Australia.
We\u2019re looking for full-time customer-focused Administration Officer with the ability to assist with Technician duties when required. The hours range between 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Our teams are welcoming, friendly and supportive and together we work hard in making sure our clients have a truly exceptional experience in our clinics.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside Nurses, Exercise Scientists / Physiologists and Administration staff, as well as be supported by an experienced Occupational Physician to:
* Provide high quality, confidential, administrative service to clients.
* Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.
* Liaise with clients/candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
* Liaise with clinical staff and health professionals in a professional manner.
* Process and complete client/candidate Medical Results in a timely manner.
* Maintain client/candidate files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
* Be actively engaged in the success of the KH business and provide solutions and ideas on different processes.
* Ad hoc data entry and administrative duties and supporting the Clinic with the day-to-day operations.

* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong focus on delivering a high quality customer service experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage professionally with customers over the phone and email
* Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills
Required experience and qualifications
* Previous medical/clinical experience will be highly regarded
* Administrative experience preferred
* Experience or knowledge in the medical/occupational health field desirable
