* Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.
* Coordinate payroll operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Develop effective onboarding programs for new staff members.
* Manage HR and payroll communications, respond to queries, and assist with recruitment processes.
* Compile payroll reports and support monthly reporting activities.
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
* Hold H.R or Business Administration qualifications or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of office administration experience.
* Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
* Intermediate computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Show ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Possess current OCHRE clearance and acceptable vaccination status.
* Hold right to work in Australia.
