Key Responsibilities

3. Work in a live environment with ongoing construction projects

4. Oversee health and safety programs and manage site variations and design changes

5. Provide cost management and program management services

6. Mentor junior team members and offer guidance on tender and proposal preparations and submissions

Requirements
">
">
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, Project Management or similar
">
* 7-15+ years' experience in client-side project management roles
">
* Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion
">
* Experience with program management, timelines, and critical paths
">
* Leadership and mentorship skills, excellent communication skillset, and high attention to detail
">
* Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively
">
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and industry-standard contract forms
">
