Our client is seeking a Solutions Architect to provide strategic oversight and problem-solving support across multiple projects, working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams. This role requires someone who can effortlessly navigate across various initiatives rather than focusing on specific technical domains.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level architectural guidance across multiple active projects, ensuring alignment with our client's strategic goals. Act as a trusted advisor to three Project Managers and three Business Analysts, offering technical direction and asking the right questions. Support integration efforts across enterprise applications, including Workday, Nimbus (Time2Work), TechnologyOne, Boomi, and various asset management, finance, and AI-driven systems. Work closely with technical Business Analysts, helping them work through challenges at a high level rather than deep technical problem-solving. Ensure all solutions meet cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards, particularly in the segmentation of OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) networks. What We're Looking For: Experience as a Solutions Architect with a broad, cross-domain focus (rather than deep, vertical specialization). Strong ability to context-switch across multiple projects and provide quick, strategic insights. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Intune, TechnologyOne, Workday, and Nimbus (Time2Work). Boomi experience is desirable (NOT MUST), as this is the primary integration tool used. Strong collaboration skills—ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
