The Executive Coordination and Governance Branch supports the Treasury Executive Board to ensure appropriate transparency and accountability for our governance obligations and works closely with key stakeholders to provide a range of specialist services, critical to the successful achievement of Treasury's objectives. The Branch has a vacancy for an Executive Level 1 Assistant Director or APS6 Analyst in the Enterprise Risk and Program Advisory Services team.
**Assistant Director, Enterprise Risk Services**
As an Assistant Director, you will prepare high quality advice and papers briefing on risk, business continuity and governance for a range of diverse stakeholders, departmental committees and forums, including coordination and consultation as required. You will be expected to have sound judgement, the ability to work under pressure, and well-developed leadership skills to coordinate a small team.
You will work closely and collaboratively with business areas, divisions and groups across the Treasury in building skills and growing capability and will be willing to assist other sections in the branch during peak business periods, if required.
- Demonstrated experience in, and a sound understanding of risk, business continuity and governance frameworks.
- Highly developed communication skills, stakeholder engagement and analysis.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in risk, governance, law and/or business administration related disciplines are highly desirable.
**Analyst, Enterprise Risk and Program Advisory Services**
As an Analyst, you will assist the preparation of high-quality advice and papers briefing on risk, business continuity, programs and governance for a range of diverse stakeholders, departmental committees and forums, including coordination and consultation as required. You will be expected to have sound judgement, the ability to work under pressure, and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
You will work closely and collaboratively with business areas, divisions and groups across the Treasury in building skills and growing capability and will be willing to assist other sections in the branch during peak business periods, if required.
- Demonstrated experience in, and a sound understanding of risk, business continuity, program, project, and/or governance frameworks.
- Highly developed skills in verbal and written communication, time management, stakeholder engagement and analysis.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in risk, governance, project management, law and/or business administration related disciplines are highly desirable.
