Financial Adviser
Role Description
We are seeking a full time Financial Adviser for a hybrid role based in Mornington, VIC, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Financial Adviser will be responsible for delivering tailored financial planning and advisory services to clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and tax efficiency solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting client consultations, analyzing financial data, recommending suitable products, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Building long‑term client relationships and providing consistent, high‑quality financial advice will be key objectives of this role.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge and experience in financial planning, investment strategies, and tax‑productive solutions
Excellent client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional consultations
Proficiency in financial analysis, problem‑solving, and providing customized advice based on clients’ needs
Experience with regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model
Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or other financial advisory qualifications are highly advantageous
Previous experience in a similar financial advisory role is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
