* Lead a high-performing team of Fitters and Electricians in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
* Optimise and own our Maintenance Management System to improve efficiency.
* Develop a proactive preventative maintenance program that ensures equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Analyse data diagnostics to uncover trends and inform smarter maintenance decisions.
* Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions.
* Promote safety, automation, and continuous improvement across the site.
