Your key responsibilities will be to:
* Conduct all arrangements to lease vacant properties quickly and effectively
* Work with tenants to assist and support them in maintaining their tenancies
* Carry out property inspections and complete required property reports
* Prepare court/tribunal documents where necessary
* Ensure tenancy and property records are kept up to date and recorded information meets organisational and regulatory standards
* Maintain a strong KPI focus across a variety of performance areas
* Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
* Actively contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support
Requirements for Success
* Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups with strong people skills
* Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is preferred
* Previous experience in housing or social welfare sector preferred
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office products for reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
* Current Driver's Licence and valid WWVP
