We are seeking an experienced dental assistant, or someone eager to begin an exciting career in dentistry, for an immediate start.
We are searching for the right person to complete our support team of amazing dental assistants and reception staff.

Seven Springs Dental is a purpose-built practice, part of a well-established medical centre in South Toowoomba. Our practice is well equipped with modern technology to enhance patient experience, and our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and patient experience. To be considered you will:
· Be reliable, honest and passionate.
· Calm and composed under pressure.
· Possess fantastic inter-personal skills.
· Have a demonstrated ability and willingness to provide excellent service in a team environment.
· Understand and respect the unique and essential role you have in the delivery of our service to patients, clinicians, team members and management.
· Experience or certificate in dental assisting is beneficial, but not essential
· Minimum 3 or 5 day per week availability.
The main responsibilities of these roles are:
· Working alongside management cohesively, with excellent communication, and attention to detail.
· Focusing on patient experience and care in each aspect of the practice.
· Chair-side dental assisting
· Front office duties when required.
· Sterilisation and infection-control when required.
· Enhancing the already strong teamwork value in our practice.
