We are looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support our team to deliver compliance services to a growing Authorised Representative network.
This is not an entry level opportunity. It's suited to someone with experience in insurance who understands the regulatory environment and wants to contribute to process improvements and build efficiencies.
What you'll be doing
* Maintaining documentation, registers, and the enterprise risk management system
* Tracking key requirements from inception to resolution
* Contribute to process improvements and elevating compliance tools and templates
* Assisting the National Compliance Manager with the monitoring and supervision program
* Collaborating and building trusted relationships with internal team and brokers
About You
* 5+ years' experience in the insurance industry preferred
* Capable of quickly and accurately analysing data with strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
* Able to work autonomously as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment
