**What You'll Do**
- Prospect and generate leads to grow your client base.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process.
- Negotiate successful deals between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and key documents.
- Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
**What We're Looking For**
- A valid real estate license.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A reliable car for appointments and inspections.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
