The incumbent will engage with hiring managers to understanding current and future vacancies, involving communicating and relating to people at all levels of the organisation and beyond, therefore having strong verbal and written communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Chubb Fire & Security roles across ANZ. Provide high-level expertise in working collaboratively with business areas to identify, develop and implement innovative solutions that support departmental strategy across a range of recruitment services. Collaborate with Global Capability Centre (GCC) to provide training and guidance on transactional recruitment processes. Deliver a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers. Develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pools. Conduct market research to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate and meet hiring needs. Contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and support recruitment reporting and analytics. Manage the advertising of both internal and external vacancies using appropriate platforms that best utilise branding opportunities such as LinkedIn, SEEK etc. Manage advertised responses and screening candidates effectively thereof. Interview shortlisted candidates. Manage co-ordination of interviews with relevant hiring managers. Liaising with external agencies where required. Support probity checks for candidates with Global Capability Centre (GCC). Contribute to the annual remuneration report and provide insights to market shifts in remuneration, benefits and job functions in high demand within our industry.
