Job Description
The successful candidate will provide ongoing consultation and engagement using excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and develop an understanding of their perspectives. They will support the journey for successful digital transformation and prioritization or planning of digital and ICT proposals.
They will also develop user research insights, synthesise information derived from research and conduct analysis, and manage data flows with Commonwealth agencies to deliver meaningful insights on complex areas of policy and inform the strategic direction of government's digital transformation and prioritization and planning of digital and ICT proposals.

In addition, they will work collaboratively with colleagues within the team, the branch and across the DTA to problem solve, reach outcomes and collaborate with external bodies. They may lead or support a multi-disciplinary team to develop outcomes for the government's digital services as required.
