We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Cybersecurity team in Australia. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, overseeing capacity planning, facilitating presales-to-delivery alignment, and acting as the operational link between customers, technical resources, and internal stakeholders.
This involves coordinating all project activities aligned with the team's delivery framework in Jira, ensuring timely project initiation, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation, with alignment to contractual deliverables. The successful candidate will also track progress and facilitate regular stand-ups, reporting, and retros.
As the first point of contact for customers on delivery matters, the Project Manager will manage project expectations and communication. They will also ensure project documentation (SOWs, runbooks, logs, close-out reports) is prepared and stored accurately.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in project coordination/support, preferably in IT services or at an MSP. An AGSVA NV1 Security clearance, or ability to achieve clearance with no issues, is essential. Excellent customer-facing communications, both written and verbal, are required, as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Preferrable skills include proficiency with Jira (or similar platforms) for managing workloads and delivery tasks, familiarity with capacity forecasting concepts, and experience working in a service-based delivery environment. Working knowledge of Cybersecurity and experience coordinating simulations or technical campaigns such as phishing or vulnerability scans are also desirable.
Benefits of this role include hybrid working arrangements, extensive training and development opportunities, extensive discounts and benefits, and a choice of IT equipment. We celebrate diversity and enable every voice to be heard as we drive to create the world we want.
