We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the delivery of a long-term project in the Perth region. This role will see you supervising daily site activities and coordinating various stakeholders, including sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction teams.
This involves developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project quality assurance and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
To be successful, you will need prior experience in a supervisory or management role working on large projects, ideally with a strong understanding of construction practices and principles.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
* Ability to coordinate and organise teams and work effectively
* Prior experience in managing large-scale technical building structures packages and associated trades
* Knowledge of construction practices and/or building design and construction principles
