We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to residents at our home care facility. This role aligns with our policies and procedures, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and goals
Requirements:
1. Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
2. Relevant Nursing Qualification, such as a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
3. Previous experience in aged care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting
4. Comprehensive knowledge of clinical care standards, aged care legislation, and best practices in home care
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
6. Commitment to person-centered care, ensuring the dignity, safety, and well-being of residents
7. Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
8. Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
