We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Premium & Sparkling marketing team based in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their brand marketing career who wants to build strong foundations in FMCG and grow toward a future Assistant Brand Manager role.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Premium & Sparkling, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand team in delivering the regional marketing agenda across the full marketing mix.
The role will support the execution of brand and business plans that deliver against strategic priorities and growth targets across the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Activation Support
* Support the delivery of activation plans, annual brand plans and integrated marketing activity
* Assist with brand performance reviews, competitor monitoring and insight development
* Help commercialise NPD, including sell‐in materials, launch plans and go‐to‐market execution
* Maintain brand assets and portfolio information, including tasting notes
* Prepare high‐quality internal and customer‐facing presentations, including range review decks
Brand Administration & Coordination
* Manage sample ordering for bulk requests across the ANZ marketing team
* Own key brand support tasks such as SKU photography, SKU libraries and portfolio materials
* Support A&P budget management, including raising purchase orders and receipting invoices
About You
* 1-2 years' experience in a consumer marketing environment, preferably in a Shopper Marketing or Brand Executive position
* Understanding, knowledge and practical experience in consumer marketing
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Developing skills in analysis, interpretation & recommendations based on key brand data e.g. sales, share, consumer insights
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to participate in cross-functional teams to achieve short, medium and long term goals
* Ability to positively influence a wide range of stakeholder groups
* Excellent planning and project management skills, including the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* A 'can do' mind set
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (highly desirable)
This position is based in our Sydney office with hybrid working (3 days from office, 2 from home). Some business travel and occasional out of hours calls will be required
