Job Responsibilities:

* Understand customers' needs and provide expert product advice to meet their specific requirements, working closely with production and installation teams for seamless order fulfillment.
* Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas and pursue strategic partnerships and business collaborations.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales within the timber building industry or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of timber products, building materials, and construction processes.
* Strong understanding of residential and commercial building plans and specifications, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
