Your role at St John of God Mount Lawley HospitalAs Administration Officer you will coordinate the provision of high-level administrative services to the Engineering Department.The PositionProvide administrative support to the ManagerEstablish and manage effective office management systemsMaintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all timesEnsure adequate supply of educational material/manuals availableProduces accurate well-presented documents, including typing and compilation of reports, presentations, letters, memos and minutesProvide secretarial support and ensure typing and distribution of minutes, correspondence and memos is completed in an accurate and timely mannerRespond in a timely and appropriate manner to all customer enquiriesCoordinate meetings for department caregivers as requiredEnsure high standard of word processing is provided including production of flyers, brochures and promotional materials and production and updating of course materialYou will hold demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders in a courteous manner, whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.You will have a high level of customer service skills including flexibility, tact and diplomacy with the ability to coordinate and organise resources to maximise all opportunities will be required.
