Join Goulburn Mulwaree Council in a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our organisation's strategic direction, performance and governance. As our Corporate Planning & Performance Coordinator, you will drive the development and delivery of Council's Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) framework, ensuring strong alignment between community priorities, operational delivery and long‐term sustainability.
Responsibilities
* Lead high‐quality strategic planning, oversee organisational performance reporting, and coordinate Council's Internal Audit Program.
* Work closely with Executive and key stakeholders to strengthen governance, enhance risk awareness, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
* Support Council's commitment to delivering sustainable, transparent and community‐focused services.
Working Environment
* A commencing annual salary of $97,806 with progression up to $110,068 depending on skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
* Work a 9‐day fortnight, based on a 35‐hour working week.
