Skills & Experience Required
* Processing invoices and payments
* Reconciling accounts and managing overdue payments
* Handling customer and supplier account enquiries
* Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
* High volume payroll (end-to-end)
* General administration and office support
* Experience in Accounts Payable and / or Receivable
* Fast, accurate data entry skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Confident using Microsoft Office across all applications
Some roles may require clearances, such as aWorking with Children Check, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care / allied health industries).
