We are hiring a
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :
Scope
An AME is responsible to the Supervising LAME for the performance of aircraft maintenance and for the completion of assigned maintenance tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
The AME shall:
* hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position;
* record and report any defect found during the performance of maintenance to the Certifying Employee and on the applicable Maintenance Record;
* ensure all aircraft maintenance and maintenance documentation is carried out and completed in accordance with the MOE, Procedures Manuals and responsible CAMO requirements;
* be responsible for personal tool control and accountability of all tool and equipment used in maintenance;
* be responsible for the general condition, up keep and housekeeping of any hangar, workshop or related work areas and vehicles ensuring all issued AP, Standard Parts or Materials are stored compliantly in accordance with the MOE;
* ensure conformance to the FRMS;
* assist and support Apprentices when required;
* ensure compliance with Engineering WHSMS policy and procedures;
* support and promote the SMS, QMS and a Just Culture; and
* perform any other duties as directed by the LAME, Leading Hand, SBE or BMPS.
Qualification Requirements
The minimum requirement for the role of a AME shall include:
* hold Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent as applicable.
