We are on the hunt for a sales champion to join the fun, supportive and immersive sales department and drive business insurance sales for the company
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Outbound Prospecting - Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Lead Qualification - Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework
- Prospect Relationship Building - Develop relationships with prospects to uncover their needs through effective questioning, and to qualify interest and viability
