Nurse Next Door Batemans Bay is searching for a dynamic Care Ambassador (Enrolled Nurse) to ensure our clients experience safety, comfort, and happiness in their homes.

Your Next Adventure
You will ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care in the comfort of their own homes. Reporting to the Care Designer and working in collaboration with an exceptional leadership team, you will be responsible for initiating Happier Ageing experiences for Clients and Caregivers. as well as supporting the daily operations of the business.
You will drive results through the following main duties and responsibilities:
* Nursing : Provide high-quality care within your scope of practice.
* Client First Visits : Ensure that the First Visit introduction to the client and caregiver represents the Nurse Next Door brand, culture and premium care experience.
* Continuity of Client Care : Facilitate Happier Ageing by helping clients stay connected to their hobbies and interests. Review care plan regularly to ensure care remains current. Review documentation and follow up with any care related concerns.
* Administration : Maintain excellent documentation practices. Review client records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* People Leadership : Create a positive Caregiver experience — Caregivers are set up for success in their role, they have client information and necessary training to provide premium care. Delegate care and provide training and support as needed. Foster a spirit of Happier Ageing amongst Caregivers to ensure a premium employee experience.

Training/Licence Requirements:
* AHPRA Registration (with no restrictions)
* Current CPR & First Aid Certification
* Current Australian Drivers License (with no restrictions)
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* NSW Working with Children Check
