OSHC Holiday Program and Casual Educators
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in Traralgon and Surrounds.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to make a real impact on the lives of children and families. As an OSHC Holiday Program and Casual Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs that enrich communities and support families throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the childcare industry, although this is not essential. We are willing to invest in your growth and development through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
You will work closely with our service manager to prepare and deliver services that meet the needs of children, families, and staff. This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can think on their feet and respond to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional experiences for children and families
* Supporting the service manager with program delivery and preparation
* Assisting with food preparation and setting up/packing up activities
* Supervising children and ensuring their safety within the program
