As an Allied Health Assistant, you play a vital role in supporting older individuals to stay active, independent, and connected to their communities.
Deliver reablement-focused programs that make a real difference in residents' lives. Our team of clinicians will guide you through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Supporting mobility and functional programs
 * Assisting with restorative therapy
 * Facilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessions
 * Assisting with pressure care and pain management plans
 * Collaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver resident-centred support
Whether one-on-one or group activities, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding. You'll be supported by a national team, ongoing mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
We seek:
 * Qualified Allied Health Assistants (Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience)
 * Current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply
 * Australian working rights
 * Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
 * A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within a dedicated region
