About the role
This is a combined BDM and Intake role — the engine room of our growth. You'll own the participant journey from first enquiry through to signed service agreement and active service delivery. You'll be the face of our organisation in the community, building referral relationships and converting them into long-term participants.
You'll work directly with the directors. No middle management, no waiting six weeks for a decision.
What you'll do
* Build and maintain referral relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, plan managers, allied health professionals, hospital discharge teams and community organisations
* Generate new participant referrals across the Perth metropolitan area
* Represent us at expos, community events and provider networks
* Manage the full participant intake process — from initial enquiry through assessment, service agreement and onboarding
* Conduct meet‐and‐greets with prospective participants, their families and nominees
* Prepare service agreements and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
* Work closely with rostering and operations to ensure smooth handover to service delivery
* Track and report on referral sources, conversion rates and pipeline performance
About you
* You're an experienced operator in the NDIS or disability sector. You have your own established network and a track record of growing a participant base. You're equally comfortable in a coffee meeting with a Support Coordinator and walking a family through a service agreement at the kitchen table.
* Demonstrated BDM, intake or participant engagement experience in the NDIS or disability sector
* An established professional network in WA's disability and allied health community
* Strong working knowledge of NDIS plans, line items, registration groups and service agreements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organised, self‐motivated and able to work autonomously
* Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (WA)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion
