We operate through two key divisions: Community Services, which provides life skills, in-home care, and community access support, and Social Enterprise, which creates employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Excavator Operation – Sorting and assessing loads delivered to the landfill
Resource Recovery & Waste Management – Manual handling tasks to support recycling efforts
Landfill Operations – Training provided for the right candidate
Team Collaboration – Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
What we are looking for
Basic computer skills
Loader / Compactor licence
HR drivers licence, desirable
Forklift licence, desirable
Experience in plant and machinery operations
A passion for sustainability and recycling
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and punctuality to support a busy team.
A commitment to workplace safety and following protocols.
